Galvanised welded wire mesh panels are strong, rigid steel panels designed for use in a wide range of outdoor, construction, landscaping and industrial applications.
The panels are made from mild steel wire which is electrically resistance welded at each intersection to form a consistent and stable mesh. Once the panel has been fully welded and formed, the complete panel is hot dip galvanised. This process coats the steel with a protective layer of zinc, including the welded joints and cut edges present before galvanising.
The zinc coating provides both barrier and sacrificial protection to help protect the underlying steel against corrosion and general weather exposure.
These Hot dipped galvanised welded wire mesh panels are commonly used for fencing, screening, guards, cages, enclosures, partitions and general fabrication. Their rigid welded construction helps them retain their shape and makes them suitable for applications where strength, durability and corrosion protection are required.
Copperwash welded wire mesh panels are rigid mild steel panels made from wires arranged at right angles and electrically resistance welded at every intersection. This creates a strong and stable mesh panel suitable for industrial, engineering and fabrication applications. The copper washed finish gives the panels their distinctive appearance and provides some improvement in corrosion resistance compared with untreated mild steel. It should not be considered equivalent to galvanising or a long term protective coating for demanding outdoor environments. Copperwash welded wire mesh is commonly used for machine guards, security cages, partitions, shelving, grilles, enclosures, displays and general fabrication.
